I would suggest practice. Practice with a reasonably good sized dildo, lots of lubrication ofcourse and try to learn to relax you anus...as much as possible anyway. Maybe a few drinks or glasses of wine might be a good idea if you're inclined in that dirction. I'm sure that your first time you will be nervous and somewhat tense.
