2012 membership renewal

When my three-year membership ran out in early September 2012, I'd always intended to renew. It was just a question of when I could factor it in... finances!
After a day of being a lapsed member, renewal became my top priority. No longer could I look at IM attachments; no longer could I view videos or big pix - so I renewed pronto. Now, after buying another three-year membership, I won't have to worry about such deprivations again until late 2015.
That's a nice long way off, isn't it?

in the past they do not seem to work...and get this...I can't get support to give me any help. Seems like NBN does not want to help me give them money.
