Shopping for Sissy Stuff

About a month ago I stopped at a "dollar store" nearby where I live. I picked a couple of household items like spray cleaner and such, and I also grabbed some lipstick, blush and eye shadow. I took my items to the cashier, who is a young Asian woman, either Thai or Filipina.
As she rang my items up she got to the make up and asked me, with a huge smile on her face, "You do make up?" Kinda caught me off guard as most people don't say anything when I buy girlie things so I just replied "Umm, getting ready for Halloween." "Long time before Halloween" she said. "Are you a make up artist?"
"Yeah that's it" I replied. "Just stocking up on some supplies." Then she went on with some small talk about how she never really got her make up done up and such.
I paid for my things and walked out of the store wondering why I didn't just tell her I like to get girlied up once in a while. Might have been fun to tell her that.
So anyway, yesterday (6/18/16)I went to the same store for a couple more girlie items. This time, if she asks me anything, I was planning to come out and tell her I like to play dress up now and then, and maybe even ask if she would like a picture emailed to her, depending on how the conversation went this time.
I picked up a couple household items again, then I grabbed some nail polish remover, a bottle of pink nail polish, and a ladies pink spring hat (which I will be modeling soon here). I waited till the person buying stuff before me left and then I walked up to the cashier, same Asian girl, and set my items on the counter.
She didn't say anything this time. As soon as she started ringing up my girlie things, the pink spring hat, the nail polish, and the nail polish remover which is in a pink bottle, a smile came across her face. But not a regular smile. The kind of smile one has while trying to be polite and not burst out laughing.
I made a little small talk of my own about the weather to break the silence, wiping my brow saying it's hot outside. She still didn't say a word. She just had that same smile on her face, as though if she said something, she would just start cracking up.
She finally said something after I asked for a bag. (You have to ask for a bag here in California and pay 10 cents extra. Or bring your own) "A bag?" was all she said, still with that smile on her face. She hastily handed me my change and put my things in the bag as though she wanted me to get out quickly so she can let out her laughter.
I said "Thank you, take care now!" and walked away. She didn't answer, she just looked at me and nodded her head slightly with that same look on her face.
As I walked out the door I glanced back to see her attention was redirected to the next customer after me. I wonder if she said anything after I walked out the door, or started laughing for that matter.
Well, we'll see what happens in a few more weeks when I go back. Perhaps I may need pantyhose soon.
