I bought some 40DD super-juggs from eBay.
They were great fun. Lovely to play with when wanking.
But once I started hammering big stuff up my bum , I found they were a bit of a distraction , and very heavy.

I use silicone breast forms. I have them is size B cup and D cup. I think that's the best way to go.

i got some silicone breast forms from janetscloset.com a few years ago & i LOVE them! i wear them most of the times i dress up "en femme"; they were on sale & very reasonably priced, & have been totally satisfactory - they're 38C, & very comfortable to wear. I also got a couple of "pocket" bras, one white & one red, to hold them without any type of adhesive or stuff like that, but i can use them in almost all of my literally dozens of bras

I use water balloons. You can make all different sizes depending on your mood and bra size. Get the heavy weight balloons as this reduces the chances of getting a surprise dousing down your chest. I use suction cups as nipples and a sports bra to keep my balloon boobs in place.
Bird seed in a nylon works also.

Unless surgically implanted or hormone induced it is always my preference for natural breasts (including flat chested) with accompanying smooth hairless bodies. When I dress, other than denuding cream make-up and a wig I am natural.
