Natural breast enhancement/enlargement

Has anyone successfully enlarged their breast size at all? I've read that there are dietary supplements like fenugreek that are supposed to promote breast enlargement, as well as vacuum suction, etc. I have no desire for augmentation surgery, but would love to grow mine a cup size if I could without Rx hormones.

You need to purchase proper HRT hormones such as Estofem etc for proper growth, other things tend to be a waste of money x

I see lots of boobs on older guys with prostate issues. The drugs suppress testosterone.

I have been pumping my nipples quite regularly and have noticed my breasts have increased in size ! Not huge increase but i now have some boobs !
