I think it would be hot to be a house girl. I would be kept inside the house all the time, and only allowed to wear scraps of clothes so I was always exposed, and available. I would do all the chores, and keep the house tidy. I would not be allowed to say no to anyone or anything that was asked of me. Guests would come and visit. They would make me do things. I had to do them, it was the rule. And when I was done, the guests would tell me I was a nice little house girl, and pat me on the bottom and send me out. |
