You got movies/authors mixed.Didn't like movie version of 451 or 1984.Loved screwing with my teachers,did book report on non-fiction,of a college level algebra book.Teacher had to find it to grade it.

Geek/Nerd to the end. love 451 & 1984 books. Love the obscure strange, books/movies. Judge Dredd movies. I loved the comic book versions.

So I guess you never saw the 1956 version with Edmond O'Brian. So much farther away then the yr 1984. 451 was in 1966 with Oskar Werner, kinda moody actor.

Turned on to weird books by teacher in high school.I was flunking out,so she would send me to the library to read her list.Another great is Brave New World.I am a little older so early films.

I don't see many, just 1-2 per week. My brother sees 2-3 at least. When we lived closer we would go all over WASH DC area together. Amazing what you can do with no sex life.

Wish I had the time to read more. When family would go camping, I read a lot, mostly comics though. I said NO sex life.

I assume that is for CC. For myself, we have the insecurities, and turn to books/comics/movies/technology, which makes us nerds. Some do role playing or dressing as a way to express ourselves.

dealt with that occasionally for a long time - been married now for almost 46 years...and sometimes things have been very emotional, on both sides...it does help though when you love each other...
