I've written to the Boss to let him know about this little problem we're having here...

Hopefully he figures this out soon, but it could take some digging to find the problem?

Anyway, please be patient, as I'm positive he'll fix this issue ASAP!!

A server failure can give a 500 error and I've seen before that site tasks are split across more than one server. Sometimes a function goes down on the NN site and the same thing is dead over here on NTN, while most of the other stuff is still working fine.
