I use the yellow rubber suction cups from snake bite kits. You can get them at Walmart or any store that sells outdoor equipment. Having used them for a number of years my nipples are quite large. Be careful at first not to use them very long as your nipples can blister from the suction. I usually coat my nipples with vaginal lube to get a good seal.
