profile update doesn't work for me

Hi there!

I want to update my profile, but when I finished the edits and clicked "Send" (or whatever the button is named), all my edits, except for the profile pic, were gone. Why?

I don't think that profile editing is meant for premium members only, that wouldn't make sense at all if you ask me.

Pretty frustrating to say the least.

So if anybody knows why this happened, or if I did anything wrong, please drop me a line here. Thank you.

the button says "SAVE CHANGES"

if you clicked on it & then everything disappeared, it SHOULD mean that your profile is being updated. Did you escape out all the way, then re-load your profile information? If you did that, & it wasn't updated with your changes, click on the "LIVE HELP" button at the top right of the page, just under the box with your username & explain to the tech girl what you did & what happened. I tried a profile update just now, and all seems as normal here on my PC.
