Pics of real transwomen marked with male

Hello, why pics/videos of prooved transwomen are marked es male? I live as a women according my passport/birth certifice and everything is marked as male. That's missgendering is terrible and against our human rights. That should be changed at least to transwomen or transmen.

The reason is because there are only two sexes assigned at birth.
