it is a high density foam rod, usually encased in material to fit either side of the bottom of an internal door. XXX

Very nice, but what is a door draught excluder, not familiar with that.

Thanks for your comments, the toy is made from the foam insert of a door draught excluder, just used glass paper to sand the end to make it more like a cock. XXX
