Although you can't respond to the comment directly, you can leave your own new comment on your photo that appears above all the earlier comments. You can do "@(previous commenter name) to thank them

Thanks Everyone!!! Y'all have given an incredible number of likes, comments and PM's in the last 24 hrs. It really motivates a fellow to put on something cute, take some pics and share 
ID verification and payment were third parties, and, since I rather enjoy sharing pics, you gotta do what you gotta do!
