Spam crap just removed from the forum - admittedly not cos my eagle eye spotted it, but because Brenda flagged it as crap. OK, got there in the end 
i didn't know how to do that, so i PM'd Brenda about it & she just got back to me a little while ago; when i went to delete it, i saw that it had already been taken care of, so TYVM, Joanna
