Is the SnapEngage 'contact us' there for contacting live help when they are not actually on duty?
What the hell is that?? Some new add on that someone conveniently forgot to mention ??

It’s overlaying other functionality while viewing pictures on the mobile site, and is, like, super duper annoying

I'm sorry to say that I think it's been introduced with no explanation, no proper labelling, and with no coherent info at all. In short, what we normally expect from this site.

They're talking about it in status on Newbie as well, so it's a surprise and a mystery to all... Likely something they surely don't want ME to use

^ I suppose one difference is that SnapEngage is already here, by permission of Admin, in the form of embedded code. Seems they just got a bit uppity for a moment.
